Coalbed Gas in Princeton

In 2008, Petrobank will continue its coalbed gas (CBG) evaluation project in Princeton, British Columbia. Due to the frontier nature of this basin, Petrobank has been developing this play slowly, analyzing all available data and building relationships with the local community. In 2004, an exploration well for the coals was drilled south of Princeton. For the second phase of this exploration, the company intends to drill two more evaluation wells north and south of the town.
