The Company currently consists of three separate entities including a 59% stake in PetroBakken, which was previously our Canadian Business Unit, 100% ownership of Whitesands Insitu Partnership and 100% ownership of Archon Technologies Ltd. PetroBakken is a leading owner and developer of light oil focused resource properties in Western Canada. The Whitesands consists of our Heavy Oil Business Unit which owns significant heavy oil and oil sands resources which are being developed using our patented THAI® technology. Archon owns THAI® and related technologies and seeks to license the use of these patented technologies worldwide. Underlying Petrobank's strategy is a value for safety, the environment and local communities, as well as respect for employees and shareholders. Petrobank is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol PBG.
